497 charsOn the cross-appeal, appellee insists that the court erroneously refused his motion to have the judgment include interest on the verdict returned from August 1, 1923, until paid instead of from the date of the entry of the judgment. In view of the fact that by the judgment appellee recovers double rent as a penalty, the court has concluded that interest should not begin to run until the date of the entry of the judgment, and that the trial court properly overruled the motion made by appellee.
