The only fair interpretation of the contract, however, is that placed upon it by the parties in the pleadings- herein, which is that the building in question was leased to appellant for the term of one year beginning June 1, 1922, at a rental of $200.00 per month from June 1, 1922, to January 1, 1923, and at $225.00 per month thereafter until the end of the term.
