391 chars¶19 Michael argues that “Savage [s] and McMenamin’s owed a duty of care to [him] because McMenamin’s ‘under*333took’ to repair the garage door” in 1996.14 The Savages and McMenamin’s counter that “the problem Mr. Jackson had asked McMenamin’s to check was the door’s closing immediately after it was flung open,” and that “no one knew that it would close by itself hours after being open.”15
