415 charsTermination of the Member’s Membership Certificate under this Article [3.9] shall terminate all interest of the Member in the Cooperative, the Membership Certificate, the Membership Interest, the Occupancy Agreement and right of possession of the Member under the Occupancy Agreement. Either before or after proceeding under this Article, the Cooperative may bring unlawful detain-er proceedings against the Member.
