655 chars$20,000 will be held in escrow with Neal Ferenc. Upon Neil Johnson
and Johnson Real Estate Group, Ltd, vacating property deposit shall
be released. Should one entity leave before the other, deposit shall be
released with $10,000 increments for each party, Johnson Real Estate
Group, Ltd and Neil Johnson. If Johnson Real Estate Group, Ltd
and/or Neil Johnson do not vacate the premises within 6 months this
$20,000 shall be forfeited. Parties agree to sign paperwork to release
deposit, both attesting to the property being vacated. There is a lease
signed by both parties prior to closing. Exhibit A, at 2.
