Discriminatory practices, as defined in sections 38-102 , 38-103 , 38-105 , 38-107 , 38-109 , 38-111 and 38-113 , are prohibited. Any person who engages in a prohibited discriminatory practice other
 than source of income discrimination shall be guilty of an ordinance violation, punishable
 by a fine of not more than $1,000.00, by imprisonment of not more than 180 days, or
 by such fine and imprisonment. (b)
