317 charsPlaintiff contends that the “proration” provision in the addendum suspended his liability for rent “during any period of default” by defendant notwithstanding plaintiff’s occupancy. Interpreting the addendum any other way, he argues, injects an unintended meaning into a “clear and unequivocal” document. We disagree.
