335 charsPlaintiff took occupancy at the beginning of July, 1981, prior to installation of the contemplated heating facilities. Shortly thereafter, believing that baseboard radiators would consume too much retail space along the outside walls, plaintiff asked defendant to substitute overhead blowers. Defendant agreed, and ordered the blowers.
