544 charsBased upon the court's reading of the transcript, the evidence was not clear that all drywall problems that the contractor included in the estimate were violations of the warranty of good workmanship. For example, some drywall repairs that were made by Builders to Buyers' satisfaction have since become problems again. Some damage could have occurred in the year and a half of occupancy. Similar issues arise with respect to the other damage assessments that Buyer[s] object to. The master's determination of damages was not clearly erroneous.
