(b) Orders issued pursuant to Section 18-25 , or a notice thereof that identifies the order and states the name of the owner as grantor, the City of Burlington as grantee, a statement that the order may be examined in the office of the agency during business hours&mdash;with the address and phone number stated, and a tax map lot number or other description describing the property, shall be recorded in the office in which the deed to the property on which the dwelling unit is located is recorded, thereby becoming effective against any purchaser, mortgagee, attaching creditor, lienholder or other person whose claim or interest in the property arises subsequent to the recording of the order. Once the violation(s) is certified by the agency to be corrected, such orders or notices may be removed from the record or otherwise indicated in the land records as having been corrected.
