Boarding House shall mean a residential building, other than a
      bed and breakfast, motel, inn or other lodging in which rooms are
      rented or otherwise made available for compensation to more
      than two (2) but no more than eight (8) unrelated individuals and
      where such rooms do not contain separate cooking or bathroom
      facilities.
