“the Property”. While plaintiffs used (and seek to use) the Property as a “sober home,”
the court refers to the structure as “the Property” throughout. Notably, there is no
dispute that plaintiffs seek to establish a sober living facility, or sober home, as
opposed to a rehabilitation or treatment center. Sober homes are not to be confused
with residential substance use disorder treatment facilities, otherwise known as
rehab centers. Unlike rehab centers, sober homes do not offer medical services or
treatment.
