340 charsThe defendants “complained constantly” to the plaintiffs about the condition of the apartment. Despite the plaintiffs’ contention that they “made all repairs as they became necessary,” the trial court found that “the building in general and this apartment in particular [were] in dilapidated condition, and in need of much corrective work.”
