For the foregoing reasons, the judgment of the Superior Court is affirmed in part and vacated in part. We affirm the trial justice’s award of $1,600, plus interest, representing one month of unpaid rent. We vacate the judgment with respect to that portion of the trial justice’s decision declining to award damages for the repair of the plaintiffs property and for her failure to award attorneys’ fees. This matter is remanded to the Superior Court for a hearing on those two issues. 1
