"that neither party will do anything that will injure the right of the other to receive the benefits of the agreement; the implied covenant imposes upon each party the obligation to do everything that the contract presupposes the party will do to accomplish the contract's purpose . . . . Good faith performance or enforcement of a contract emphasizes faithfulness to an agreed upon common purpose and consistency with the justified expectation of the other party . . . ." 17A Am.Jur.2d Supp. Contracts § 380 (1997); (quoting Careau Co. v.
