420 charsThe Option to Renew Dyer claims that Ryder failed to provide timely notice of its intention to renew the Commercial Lease pursuant to the Additional Provisions section entitled Options to Renew. As such, the Commercial Lease terminated by its own terms on June 30, 1998. Ryder contends, inter alia, that it exercised the option to renew, tendered the rental payment for July 1998, and Dyer breached the Commercial Lease.
