428 charsTherefore, in this Court's opinion, unless the parties otherwise agree, for the remainder of the lease, the Plaintiff is entitled to $2,500 per month. This amount is that upon which the parties mutually agreed in 1997. Having found that the Plaintiff is entitled only to the agreed upon $2,500 per month renders moot any discussion regarding the Defendant's obligation to increased rent during the pendency period for an appeal.
