376 chars(7) Not later than ten days after a mobile manufactured home park owner receives an independent inspection report required under this subsection, the mobile manufactured home park owner shall provide to the department, in writing, a detailed plan to remedy the assessed condition, which plan shall include, at a minimum, a specific timeline, proposed contractors and a budget.
