381 chars(2) As part of an inspection or investigation, the department may order an owner of a mobile manufactured home park to obtain an independent inspection report, at the sole cost of the owner, that assesses the condition and potential public health impact of a condition at the park, including, but not limited to, the condition of trees and electrical, plumbing or sanitary systems.
