.We do note, however, that neither argument is persuasive. The waiver provision in the lease is inapposite in that it states that waiver of one breach of the lease agreement does not constitute waiver of another breach. In this case, there is no new breach that WHA cites as the reason for termination. The only breaches alleged are those of which WHA was aware even though it continued to accept rental payments from McLeod without written reservation.
