The Raelunds alleged the Enzes knew Weeks was signing on behalf of Antonius-Damascus; Raelund, a/k/a Anthony Raelund when he signed the Lease. The Raelunds argued the District Court should set aside the default because Weeks' signing on behalf of Antonius-Damascus; Raelund, a/k/a Anthony Raelund was "newly discovered evidence." The Raelunds argued that if the District Court did not find Antonius-Damascus; Raelund, a/k/a Anthony Raelund to be a real party in interest, it should allow Weeks to intervene as a party in interest.
