489 chars(7) A requirement for the tenant to post a surety bond in an amount equal to the cost of removing the electric vehicle charging station or permit the landlord to withhold all or a portion of the security deposit pursuant to section 47a-21 at the time the tenancy is terminated for any damages suffered by the landlord due to the tenant's failure to comply with the landlord's requirements regarding removal of the electric vehicle charging station and its infrastructure; and
