466 chars(2) For any rental agreement executed, extended or renewed on or after October 1, 2023, a landlord of more than fifty dwelling units but less than two hundred fifty dwelling units shall approve a tenant's written request to install an electric vehicle charging station at a dedicated parking space for the tenant that meets the requirements of this section and complies with the landlord's procedural approval process for modifications to the property.
