437 charsApplying section 4956 to these cases, the Superior Court correctly concluded that the condominium project of Baldwin and the apartment project of Baldwin and DiPalma are subdivisions. However, because nothing more than transient interests in real estate are being created in Cragin's motel project, I agree with the result reached by the trial court that it is not subject to the provisions of the statute.
