In her second claim, the plaintiff asks this court to award her attorney’s fees, which she has incurred in this appeal. This we cannot do. It is rudimentary that the allowance of counsel fees is within the sound discretion of the trial court, not the Appellate Court. See Torres v. Waterbury, 30 Conn. *195
