362 charsThe defendant attempts to stand in the shoes of Zena Mae Johnson, the lessee, who has been a continuous tenant for over thirty years and who is entitled to the additional protection afforded by § 47a-15. Zena Mae Johnson is not a party to this appeal; see footnote 1 of this opinion; and the defendant cannot assert a claim that pertains to her but not to him. 9
