have a service/assistance animal on the Premises, pursuant to the Fair Housing Act (FHA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or

definition of disability pursuant to the Fair Housing Act, (2) describes the needed accommodation, and (3) shows the relationship between
the Tenant’s disability and the need for the requested accommodation. Notwithstanding the absence of an additional deposit for a service/
assistance animal, the Tenant shall be responsible for any damages caused by the animal.
