(g) The number of short term rental units that may be
operated in a multi-unit building on the mainland are as follows:

(h) Notwithstanding the requirements of subsections (f) and
(h), owners may register up to five (5) owner-occupied units
(bedrooms, separate spaces, etc.) within their primary residence.

(i) Notwithstanding any of the limitations on the quantities
of short term rental units allowed under this section 6-153, all
registrants of short term rental units that are validly registered
as of December 31, 2025 will be permitted to continue to register
those units in 2026 and subsequent years, subject to the terms of
this Article, even if the numbers of such units exceeds the
