311 charsThe term “tenant” is defined in § 47a-l (V) as “the lessee, sublessee or person entitled under a rental agreement to occupy a dwelling unit or premises to the exclusion of others or as is otherwise defined by law.” The term is also defined in § 47a-21 (a) (12) as “a tenant, as defined in section 47a-l . . . .”
