She also failed to produce the billing attorney to explain the charges upon the city’s request. We conclude, therefore, that the referee correctly applied the law to the facts in finding that the plaintiff failed to provide a sufficient basis for awarding these damages. 11 The judgment is affirmed. In this opinion the other judges concurred. 1
