343 charsThe plaintiff first claims that the court improperly failed to consider certain statements and documents in its review and, therefore, abused its discretion in concluding that there was substantial evidence to support the referee’s finding that the city did not engage in a retaliatory boycott of the plaintiffs business. We are not persuaded.
