Action to recover damages for the alleged wrongful
termination of the plaintiffs’ employment, and for other
relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial dis-
trict of Fairfield, where the action was withdrawn as
to the defendant Police Department of the City of
Bridgeport; thereafter, the court, Stevens, J., granted
the motions for summary judgment filed by the named
defendant et al. and rendered judgment thereon, from
which the plaintiffs appealed to this court. Affirmed.
