312 charsCRETELLA, J. This appeal from a judgment and certain orders of the housing session of the Danbury Supe-*596ñor Court involves a dispute between the tenants and the owner of a trailer park. The defendant is the owner of Meadowbrook Vista Trailer Park and the plaintiffs are twenty-six tenants of the trailer park.
