424 chars5. The judgment is vacated and the case is remanded to the Housing Court where judgment shall be entered for the tenant McCann on her G. L. c. 186, § 14, claim and on her G. L. c. 93A claim based on the inclusion of the lead paint clause in the lease. On remand, consideration should also be given to granting reasonable attorney’s fees for the aspects of the landlord’s appeal on which the tenant prevailed. 6 So ordered. 2
