330 chars[Note 3] When the O'Briens purchased lot D in 1978, their deed conveyed the right to use the beach "for bathing, beaching and mooring of boats and for all other purposes for which a beach is used with the right to use with others legally entitled thereto" the easement on lot 10. [Note 4] They have lived there continuously since.
