Notice not required in certain eviction actions, when. — Notwithstanding any other provision of law concerning the procedures otherwise used in eviction proceedings, it shall not be necessary, except as provided in section 441.750 , to provide notice to the tenant to vacate the premises prior to filing a cause of action pursuant to sections 441.710 to 441.880 . -------- (L. 1997 H.B. 361)
