Third parties, as a general rule, have no right to intervene in a divorce action in the absence of statute, unless they have, or claim to have, an interest in property involved in the divorce action. Even though divorce proceedings may incidentally affect third persons, such proceedings are considered as involving only the right of the two spouses, as to which a third person has no legal right to be heard.”-
