ACTIONS AGAINST TENANTS

Section 540:27
540:27 Landlord's Grantee. –

Whenever the estate occupied by a tenant at will or sufferance is conveyed by the landlord his grantee shall have the rights and remedies which the grantor would have had, under the provisions of this chapter, if the estate had not been conveyed.
