The present complaint, although inartfully drawn, sufficiently discloses the essential elements to support the class suit as to counts one, relocation advisory assistance, and three, relocation expenses. The complaint seeks relocation advisory assistance and recovery of money • and expenses, on behalf of each plaintiff and a class of persons with status as tenants in residential units owned by the State of California in the Capitol Plan Area. The class is limited and easily ascertainable, and reveals a readily identifiable community of interest. The amount to be recovered may require separate groups as to those who do not elect to recover under section 7262, subdivision (b). However, proof of expense in *361those cases proceeding under 7262, subdivision (a), will be easily computed after liability is established. The class proceeding in this instance will foster and accomplish the substantial judicial economy.
