3 4. On page 7, in the second full paragraph, in the third sentence that begins with
4 “Later, Barbara Carter again,” delete the quoted language and replace it with the following, in
5 quotes: “the Code Enforcement, Sunnyvale Police Department came out to -- Code
6 Enforcement people came out, and they code tagged the bathroom.”
7 This modification does not change the judgment.
