(b) If the terms of a rental agreement require
the payment of rent at a specified time, the landlord shall accept payment of
rent for the period in which a federal or state agency or tribal government was
experiencing a shutdown from such a tenant for a period not to exceed 30 days
after the end of the shutdown.
