The Department must include on its web site a description of the landlord mitigation
program and links to Department rules and policies relating to the program.

Neither the City, the Department, or persons acting on behalf of the Department, while
acting within the scope of their employment or agency, is liable to any person for
any loss, damage, harm, or other consequence resulting directly or indirectly from
the Department's administration of the landlord mitigation program or decisions made
under this Section 7.24.033.
