Shall be entitled to reasonable fees, commissions and necessary expenses which shall
be paid out of the rents and income of the property in receivership or, upon approval
by the Director, out of the Downtown Housing Maintenance Account;

Shall apply rents and income collected, to the extent not expended for repairs, improvements,
and/or the preparation and rental of covered units, to the payment to the City of
fines or penalties which may have been imposed upon the owner for violations of this
chapter or other housing ordinances and which remain unpaid. Any rents or income remaining
after the above expenses are paid shall be paid to the owner.
