393 charsThese summary proceedings for the nonpayment of rent were initiated by petitioner against nine rent-controlled and 53 rent-stabilized tenants of London Terrace Apartments.1 All respondents have moved to dismiss based on the invalidity of the written three-day notices served on them pursuant to RPAPL 711 (2). The motions, which have been consolidated for purposes of disposition, are granted.
