Respondent, through counsel, filed a pre-answer motion to dismiss on August 26, 2024, where he argued that the predicate notice was defective because it listed a vacate date of March 11, 2023, rather than March 11, 2024. By decision and order, dated October 15, 2024, Judge Clinton J.
