301 charsThe court finds that the landlord is entitled to judgment against the tenant awarding it the sum of $3,265 (consisting of the sum of $3,600, deposited with the clerk of the court, less the sum of $335 awarded to the tenant on his counterclaim), and the clerk is directed to enter judgment accordingly.
