(a) by deleting requirement for authority or developer to have standards for continued occupancy, amended Subsec. (d) by deleting the requirement that the regulations contain income limits for continued occupancy and made technical changes; pursuant to P.A. 13-234, reference to Commissioner of Economic and Community Development was changed editorially by the Revisors to reference to Commissioner of Housing in Subsec.
