Minneapolis Code of Ordinances Title 12 (Housing) § 244.285.

244.285. - Tenant to be notified of entry.

Whenever an owner, or an agent or person acting under the owner's direction and control,
intends to enter a dwelling unit leased or rented to a tenant or lessee, the person
making the entry shall, prior to the time of entry, make a good faith and reasonable
effort to notify the tenant or lessee that such entry will be made. (85-Or-193, §
