This court is fully cognizant of and responsive to the fact that there is competent evidence indicating that the landlord did, in good faith, seek to remedy the miscellany of ills that befell this apartment building. While this court does consider this evidence on the damages issue, the court notes that good faith attempts on the part of a landlord to repair conditions and/or services do not constitute a defense to a breach of the warranty of habitability.
