Minneapolis Code of Ordinances Title 12 (Housing) § 244.180.

The hearing provided for in (b) above shall be in lieu of the appeal provided for
in Chapter 242 of this Code. Appeal of any order of the board may be made to Minnesota District
Court, Fourth Judicial District.

(h)

The rights afforded by this section:

(1)

May not be waived or modified; and

(2)
